I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We ask you to allow up to 7-14 business days for order processing and shipment.
Holiday Shipping Period: November 21- December 31 may create shipping delays.
An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Billing information section.
You may experience shipping delays with carriers beyond Stop Zen Love’s control. We appreciate your patience.
Any order that is returned to the sender for any reason including but not limited to an incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back to the customer. In the instance of a "return to sender", the order amount, minus the shipping costs will be refunded to the original form of payment.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unworn items to Stop Zen Love within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. You must ship it back at your own expense. Please Include the full name, order number, and billing address provided on the returned items.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it’s final. Here at STOP ZEN LOVE, we work hard to ship your order ASAP, therefore modifications are not possible. Your Lovely items should arrive within 7-14 business days.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your purchase.
No changes will be made to an order once placed, including but not limited to shipping or billing addresses, payment types, and adding or removing items from orders.
